Shipping charges are automatically calculated when placing an order.  If your order total is less than $10, your shipping charges will be $4.50; if between $10.00-$49.99, $6.50; if between $50-$99.99, $8.50; if between $100-$199.99, $12.50; if more than $200, $15.50.
